You can filter, crush, widen, gate, or echo the stutter while the track underneath stays exactly as you played it. A fill can fall apart, wash out, or tear into a completely different texture without disturbing anything around it.
Freeze holds a slice and loops it for as long as you want. Reverse plays every repeat backwards. Speed runs a frozen loop at half pace, or backwards entirely.
