We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / Discover / Diners Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) and by PayPal.
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail with a link to download your order. Additionally, you will be able to login to your Cymatics account, go to “My-Downloads” and find your download there.

Our refund policy offers a 30-day guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with our product within this period, you can receive a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that certain exceptions may apply. For more information, please contact support via email at support@cymatics.fm
All Cymatics Store Credit will remain active for 60 days. After 60 days pass, these credit will expire if unused.
No. Orders that are placed with store credit are not eligible to receive additional store credit.
Products are delivered instantly via email. You will be sent a link for your download as well as an order confirmation.
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Order-Support to check whether we received your order.
You can request a new download link via support@cymatics.fm using the email address you used for the original purchase.
No worries, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to purchase our products. We process Credit and Debit cards via Stripe. Email support@cymatics.fm for any questions regarding this.
All Cymatics sample packs and soundbanks are 100% royalty free. However, redistribution and repackaging are strictly prohibited!
Rendering the project files and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is prohibited. However, using the samples, presets, loops, rhythms, melodies, etc included in the project files is perfectly acceptable. If you have any further questions regarding copy rights and royalty email support@cymatics.fm.
Yes, you can also purchase Cymatics Plugins using the Store Credit that you receive, in addition to Sample Packs.
