The voices never sit perfectly still. Small differences in tuning and movement give the sound a richness that keeps it interesting, even before you add effects.
Paradigm brings that character into every note.
Each of its 16 voices has its own two oscillators, noise source, filter, amplifier, and two envelopes. Every voice responds and moves independently, giving chords depth and sustained notes a constantly shifting character.
Load PARADIGM onto an instrument track and start with one of its 500+ presets, organized by sound type so you can find inspiration quickly.
Shape the oscillators and filter, adjust how each note opens and fades, and dial in the amount of analog drift. Go deeper with hard sync and poly-mod when you want more edge, movement, or an entirely different texture.
Then finish your patch with a choice of 16 effects across three slots. Arrange them in any order to explore how each effect changes the next.
Some compressors control the volume. The right one makes the whole performance come together.
And it goes well beyond vocals.
Give bass a steady foundation, add breathing weight to drums, or push room mics into thick, sustained compression. Use the parallel blend to bring that energy back underneath your original signal.
Load CM-1B onto your track, lower the threshold to introduce compression, and set the ratio for how firmly it controls the signal.
FIXED: Effortless Vocal Leveling. Built-in attack and release behavior follows the performance phrase by phrase. A natural starting point for smooth, consistent vocals.
MANUAL: Shape the Movement. Take control of attack and release to dial in the response yourself. Preserve the punch of a drum hit, soften sharp transients, or bring out the sustain in room recordings.
FIX/MAN: Fast Control, Smooth Recovery. Combine a fast fixed attack with a release that responds to the passage, catching sudden peaks while recovering more gradually through sustained material.
