MANTIS reacts to the strength of your incoming audio. A hard drum hit drives it into a more aggressive response, while a quieter passage gets a smoother treatment. That means the distortion moves with your material, bringing a different level of bite to each moment.
Add MANTIS to a track and start turning up the Drive.
Keep it low for extra grit, move into the middle for warmth and thickness, or push it toward the limit for extreme distortion.
Use Tone and Filter to shape the result, then adjust Mix to find the balance between your original audio and the processed sound. Bring in just enough texture to add character, or let the distortion take over.
Adjust Level to set the final output volume and compare the effect with your original track.
