The new reality is that most people listen and discover music on their phones.

I decided to commit to Mix Link because of the one time fee that they offered. the other services out there either only have a subscription model or are free but take some time to understand and implement (If you think about it you're trading your time to correctly implement the free option, so it's not free at all.).

To get a competitive edge, you need to adapt to the new reality of the the market. Bouncing your masters or mixes manually to your phone to check the translation is such a time waster I can't believe I didn't know about this service earlier.
The only thing that I would criticize is that latency issues do happen from time to time when using it, but they are so minimal that they do not severely interfere with your workflow. I would wish there were an option to send the barcode that you scan to access the app to a friend, for collaborations. Currently that isn't possible because it only works if your Computer and your phone is on the same network.

Other than these nitpicks I endorse this product fully.

Seriously, get this. Worth every cent. Easy to set up, and perfect for instantly checking your mix on low-end gear.

Mix Link is definitely a game changer. It has saved me so much time and hassle, I can listen to my mixes instantly on my phone. Cymatics really came through by doing something no one else has done. Highly recommend Mix Link, It’s something everyone needs an should have.

In my short time with it I find the VST works better than the system tray version but I probably need to spend more time with it. Otherwise works very well with little latency and allows you to make mix decisions quickly

Time saver and really works well. It’s like I finally only have to bounce tracks once from now on because I can check car and phone speaks in real time!

Overall great idea nicely executed. I do have latency, but i don’t mix on the fly or record with the app. I get a preview and go back to editing. In this workflow I dig the app

Often it can be a hassle to test your mixes on various different set ups especially your phone without exporting and moving files. Primarily Mix Link bypasses all of that nonsense with a direct browser based system which allows me to listen to my mixes on the phone. With so much music being consumed on the phone it has to shine on that platform Mix link makes monitoring on your phone a breeze

This is one of those things you didn’t think you needed until you tried it. This tool will be the endgame to ensure your music sounds perfect no matter how it’s played.
